Microsoft Windows 8 Preview,, turn on hot news

There 'll be two kinds of applications for Windows 8, one that runs in a traditional desktop, and the other pseudo-mobile apps based on HTML5 and Java script, but both environments -- rather, the entire OS -- have been designed from the ground up for touchscreen use. Keyboard and mouse will still be options for both sets of programs, but there are multiple virtual sets of keys for different form factors, including a split keyboard for vertical slate use

at the D9 Conference, there demonstrated the next generation of Windows, internally code-named “Windows 8,” for the first time. Windows 8 is a re-imagining of Windows, from the chip to the interface. A Windows 8-based PC is really a new kind of device, one that scales from touch-only small screens through to large screens, with or without a keyboard and mouse.

There's a new version of Internet Explorer 10 (which runs Silver light) and an app store built into the touchscreen interface, along with integrated services like Office 365. Microsoft says the new OS will run on laptops, tablets and desktops when it appears -- whenever that might be.

The demo showed some of the ways we’ve re-imagined the interface for a new generation of touch-centric hardware. Fast, fluid and dynamic, the experience has been transformed while keeping the power, flexibility and connectivity of Windows intact.

And this isn’t just about touch PCs. The new Windows experience will ultimately be powered by application and device developers around the world one experience across a tremendous variety of PCs. The user interface and new apps will work with or without a keyboard and mouse on a broad range of screen sizes and pixel densities, from small slates to laptops, desktops, all-in-ones, and even classroom-sized displays. Hundreds of millions of PCs will run the new Windows 8 user interface. This breadth of hardware choice is unique to Windows and central to how we see Windows evolving.

College Humor was roasting Facebook

If you like social networking jokes, you’ll most likely find this video funny as it makes fun of not only Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, and Foursquare, but also JDate, Friendster, and Reddit. After MySpace takes a few hits, it gets up to roast Facebook and ultimately fails. Reddit points out that MySpace uses Facebook Connect now, which seems like a pretty sore subject for MySpace.
A roast is an event where a person, the guest of honor, sits back as comedians insult them, tell stories about them, and sometimes praise them. In any case, it’s usually embarrassing for the “roasted” party, but pretty hilarious for the audience.

Comedy Central is famous for these hosted ‘roasts’ of celebrities such as Hugh Hefner, Gene Simmons, Chevy Chase, William Shatner, Flava Flav, along with countless others. This past week College Humor decided to jump into the game by roasting the worlds most popular website, Facebook.

The reason why the video is listed as NSFW is because of a raunchy joke that Gilbert Gottfried tells about Myspace. You’ll need to check out the video for yourself below to hear the joke and the roast.

Comedy Central is famous for its roasts, and has roasted such stars as Hugh Hefner, Gene Simmons, Chevy Chase, Pamela Anderson, and William Shatner, to name a few. College Humor decided to do its own sort of roast by roasting Facebook.

Harold Camping

Base on Harold Camping, that the apocalypse will happen on May 21, 2011 and Doomsday will be on starting with the earthquake with devastating force in New Zealand. He made that prediction based on the bible and millions of people worried, although artifacts also parties to ignore. According to Harold Camping’s calculation based from “hidden” numbers and text from the scriptures, the end of the world will start with a massive and destructive earthquake in New Zealand.

Camping made a previous “prediction” way back in 1994 about a judgment day coming but none of his predictions actually came true.

today is the day on which according to Harold Camping will be apocalypse. But whether the same is happening with what is predicted Camping?

Are there earthquake hit in New Zealand?
and in fact until this moment did not happen anything. Prediction that has been shocking the world that was not proven. And will Harold Camping will change the Day of Resurrection, because today is not what happened.

May the Day of Resurrection is not to be a joke, because Only God who knows the Judgment Day will turn.
